Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service total for their appointment.

Any appointment that a client does not arrive for, or arrives more than 15 minutes late for, will be considered a no show and will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service total for their appointment as well.

These fees will be required to be paid BEFORE rescheduling any further appointments.

If you believe you may be sick or contagious on the day of your appointment, please contact your stylist. Fees can be waived within reason.

We are thankful you trust us with your children for their own appointments and we can't wait to continue to pamper them!

We want to keep your Little's as safe as possible along with allowing you the pamper time that you deserve. Due to the liability/risk of sharp objects, chemicals, and harmful tools in the salon we ask that you prearrange childcare for children under the age of 8 before any of your appointments.

We understand childcare can be difficult to find, but our biggest concern is the safety of our clients and that includes your children. If childcare cannot be arranged, we will ask to reschedule until so.

Again, we understand things happen out of our control. Please contact your stylist if you need to reschedule. Fees can be waived within reason.

Color and other chemical appointments are guaranteed only if the recommended at-home haircare is used. Due to the diversion of professional products, purchasing your prescribed haircare outside of the salon at a non-professional place will result in a forfeiture of any guarantee. Hair color and other chemical appointments cannot be guaranteed if professional products are not purchased directly from a salon or other reputable professional place. Drug Store products are not of the quality or calibrated to the same sciences as our professional color/chemicals and are not recommended for use. Most drug store products are diluted and not as concentrated as professional products. Meaning they won’t benefit your hair in the way they are intended and can do more harm to your current hair needs or color.

In many industries including the beauty industry, there is diversion. Diversion occurs when a product is made counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise not real and illegally sold in stores, pharmacies, and online. We urge you to Google "Beauty Diversion" to learn more. We also recommend watching "Rotten" on Netflix, there is an episode that goes over how counterfeit products are made and sold.

Given the creative nature of our industry, we do not provide refunds for services. However, if you are not satisfied with the outcome of your service(s), we are willing to make reasonable adjustments or corrections to ensure your satisfaction. To be eligible for a re-do, you must request and schedule the appointment within 7 days of the original service date.

At Studio C, we have a right to refuse service to any client, especially those who display violent, discriminatory, or otherwise disrespectful behavior.
